These options are only available on Windows 2000 and above. (Why?)

The Delays options allow you to delay the activation of the Caps Lock and the Insert keys. If you release the key before the delay has occurred, nothing will happen. You can also optionally disable the Insert key entirely.

This feature is the most powerful in Toggler, since you don't just get alerted to aberrant key presses, you avoid them altogether!

You can choose to have the delay occur in both directions (i.e. when Caps Lock is toggling ON and OFF), or you can have a delay only in one direction if you wish.

The delay duration is set at the bottom of the screen. Choose a time from short (just holding the key down a fraction of a second longer than normal) to long (holding the key down for a long time before it activates).
