These options are only available on Windows
2000 and above. (Why?)
The Other options allow you to completely
disable the "Windows" keys and the Context Menu keys
on Windows-specific keyboards. For people who play games and
must constantly bang on the <CTRL> or <ALT> keys, it
is annoying for them to accidentally hit the Windows keys.
Toggler prevents this from happening.
hAVE YOU EVER FOUND YOURSELF TYPING A SENTENCE LIKE THIS?
The letters are UPPERCASE when they should be lowercase, and
vice-versa!
If you've ever had the above problem, you'll appreciate the SmartShift
feature of Toggler. SmartShift intelligently and automatically
turns off the Caps Lock light if the following conditions are
met:
- the Caps Lock light is already ON
- you press <Shift>
- you press a letter
This prevents the above sentence from happening every time!
SmartShift is smart enough NOT to turn off the Caps Lock key if
you press <Shift> and a key OTHER THAN a letter. For
instance, the following sentence's punctuation will turn out OK,
even when SmartShift is enabled:
(THE PRESIDENT SAID "COME OVER HERE!!!".)
