1. Why is the program distributed without an
installation file?
- The answer to this question is simple -
Toggler was created using only native Win32 code - meaning
that the size of the EXE file is extremely small. Adding
installation overhead is unnecessary since installation and removal
of Toggler are both simple operations.

2. Why do some of the features of Toggler only operate on
Windows 2000 and above?
- In order to process delays and to use the SmartShift
feature, Toggler must "hook" into the operating
system messages. Windows 9x/ME does not support some of the function
calls necessary to do this.
- As an aside, since Whistler (the code name for the next
version of Windows) is going to be the only version of
Windows available soon, this limitation will not exist for
too long.
